Hi! I am Kimberly Castro- Santacruz I was born and raised in Hickory, NC. You can find me behind a camera. My goal is to tell stories each time I pick up my camera anywhere I go. When I first picked up a camera, I quickly realized that it was my passion. To being able to pause a moment in time that will last long after I am gone amazes me. Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated by art and photography and How it represents and inspires others. I like the ideas of capturing a lifetime with a photograph and how a photograph becomes a story or memory that is kept alive in our memories. I’m influence by the world and trends going around the world, I love to observe my surrounding everywhere I go, I wish my eyes could capture everything. I dream of trips I want to take, of places I want to go, and of people I want to meet. I don’t just want to exist, I want to live life full of adventures and presume dreams and live life filled with OH WELLS instead of what if’s because I don’t know how long I’m be here for I just want to make the best out of it and make my dreams come true. While working hard to complete my degree on Photographic Technology I have worked my hardest and put lots of work in every single project we had from Portraiture, Commercial, Photojournalism and Documentary Photography.
